BIK is a comprehensive marketing platform that enables direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to boost engagement and conversion via social media. Brands can send broadcast messages, implement gamification widgets, and run automated chats on WhatsApp using BIK. This platform allows brands to target customers, generate leads, and enhance engagement, leading to increased conversions on their online stores.
Our platform had been providing chatbot support feature that clients only need to enable on their channels. However, the chatbot was hardcoded and was available for a couple of use cases and that too in a limited capacity.
By then, our clients wanted the chatbot to be more dynamic. They wanted more control over the messages that were being sent and the chat journeys. Which was not possible with the feature that we were providing at that time.
That’s when we decided to build a chatbot builder which will allow creation and editing of chat journeys.
We were focussing on D2C brands with 1Cr+ annual revenue and sells to enterprise size customer. They should be having a customer base of more than 30k. Uses marketing tools for to digital marketing through their social media channels.
